Zachary Johnson

I mainly practice buy and hold but have done a few flips. I currently own around 50 units and am in the process of growing my portfolio. I prefer to purchase distressed properties and then rehab them as I have a background in general construction. For my day job I am real estate agent at Procopio Real Estate in Syracuse. We represent clients from all over the world with various real estate interests in central New York. I have specialized in investment property over the last few years. I often have access to off market properties due to my ties within the local market. Real Estate is my passion and I love discussing it.
