Zachary Pinkston

I became interested in real estate investing late 2017, and spent the entirety of 2018 working a full time job, finishing my bachelors degree, and reading books about real estate, listening to podcasts and learning about how to use an LLC to protect assets. Currently (early 2019), I’m still working my full time job and taking classes to become a real estate agent. I’m also very close to starting an LLC to purchase my first tenant occupied property. My long term goal is to become financially free before the age of 37. I’m currently 27 years old. I plan to buy and hold real estate and purchase for cash-flow.
