Living in Pinellas County, FL right now. Moving to Putnam County, FL (Pomona Park) as soon as the home we just purchased is move in ready. We wanted to get out of the hustle of the city life and live on some quite land. Network seems to be scarce out there. Just finished a cash-out refi on our current home and will rent this out as soon as we move. As much as we want to leave Pinellas county, the market here is too good to sell. Bought this home condemned 9+ years ago. Did 80% of the work ourselves. I will never do a shower again, tile maybe too. Looking forward to adding to the portfolio as soon as the current home is rented.
