My wife and I started investing in real estate in October 2020. I am a Mechanical Engineer and my wife is a Teacher. We have plans to expand with LTR and MTR properties in Fayetteville, NC as well as MTR and STR properties between the coast of NC and SC, in the NC mountains, and in the Washington DC areas. Our current goal is to have a monthly cash flow of $8,000 by the year 2029. We've been inspired by so many others' stories on Bigger Pockets and are excited to both continue learning and help others learn along the way, to maximize success in all of our personal RE journeys!
