I have lived in the Baltimore metro areA all of my life and currently reside in Forest Hill, MD with my soon to be wife Jackie and German Shorthair Pointer Basilone. Up to this point (fall 2018) most of my investments have been in the stock market. Jackie and I are looking to build a portfolio of buy and hold, cash flowing rental properties in and out of state. We are drawn to the stack method and are looking to start with SFH/Student rentals then expanding into duplex/fourplex and multifamily. Outside of real estate investing, I work for the federal government and have been the Marine Corps Reserves for 15 years. We both enjoy traveling the country visiting National Parks; we hope to fund more frequent travel and padding our retirement through our real estate investing. Investing Goals for 2019: Purchase of one SFH/Student Rental in the FSU or SU area.
