Zach Bollman

I am currently reading the MPhil in Real Estate Finance at the University of Cambridge. Prior to my studies, I served as legal counsel to developers, investors, political subdivisions, business organizations, and REITs on issues pertaining to property, capital markets, tax, and banking and finance matters. My practice focused primarily on real estate development, where I provided legal counsel through all stages of the development process, including financing, acquisition, leasing, and disposition. I am licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri. Before pursuing law, I explored my interest in real estate as a bank officer where I engaged in mortgage and commercial lending, gaining valuable experience in property valuation, financial analysis, and business feasibility studies. As a bank officer, I also oversaw the day to day operations of the bank which allowed me to gain managerial experience and better understand the unique challenges that come with leadership positions in a business environment.
