Hey all, I am excited to be here with other like minded wealth builders to see that I am not crazy. It is good to have a place to ask questions and get information. I love to instruct myself to at least a basic level in everything I take an interest in. Experience: I WAS a real estate agent in Tennessee. I have worked deals as a wholesaler, agent and buyer. I am transitioning to notes and multifamily asset acquisition as my "dayjob" takes me out of the country from extended periods of time. I currently live and work overseas and have no plans to come home soon. Mostly I have transitioned to the stock market, notes and other more easily managed assets. Real Estate Goals: Building up net worth with a buy and hold philosophy. Interested in learning more about notes. Currently Seeking: I am working on building my team in Texas, I am looking to get into the rental space in San Antonio for now. I would like to connect with people that want to work with me remotely as I spend large portions of my time out of the country.
