Zach Grigg

Background: I am a rookie real estate investor in the Middle TN/Northern AL area. I live in the Huntsville, AL area with my beautiful wife, Kelly, who is an Athletic Director and Head Softball Coach for a local High School. I have a Bachelors and Masters degree in Structural Engineering from Tennessee Technological University with 3 years of experience in the commercial and government world. Most of my spare time is spent hiking, golfing, sports, or reading (mostly about real estate these days). Our main goal is to buy our first rental property in Q2/Q3 of 2022. Our focus is long-term rentals, mainly small multi-family properties, but we are interested in short-term rentals and flipping single family homes. The goal is to have 2+ doors and 1 flip under our belt by the time 2023 arrives. We are always looking to learn and the best way is through those who already have the experience to share - so lets connect and chat!
