Zach Liu

I am a software engineer and a passionate part-time real estate investor, who wants to create a lasting and successful real estate investment business. I own single family and multifamily properties around Atlanta Metro. I am also part of a investment group that buy and hold apartment complex and commercial properties, with portfolio of more than 100 units. I am a disciple of “value investing” (based on Benjamin Graham’s principles) who believes that wealth in real estate is best created through buying properties at discount with high yields. I have a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning with Architecture experience, a Master's and Ph.D. degree in Geography and Geographical Information System, and getting another Master's degree in Computer Science. And I believe all these educational experience will help me become a successful real estate investor.
