I am a residential real estate developer and home builder in Boise, ID. I started my real estate journey in 2013 by house hacking my first duplex, then another in 2015, before transitioning to flipping full time in 2016. When the market became more competitive, I transitioned into development and new construction starting in 2019 and found a niche with infill development in the Boise metro area.
