I have been in real estate for several years and am looking to continue to grow my portfolio as well as business. I am an engineer/program manager by trade who has a passion for learning and excels in developing systems to scale management and exploit efficiencies. Currently, I have long term single family rentals, am a LP on an apartment complex and run a growing flipping business. I mainly focus on value add opportunities. I am looking to scale to larger commercial properties, including multi-family and assisted living facilities. I value integrity and hard work and would love to connect with like minded people. Experience: Since getting started in 2016, I have completed 8 renovation projects on single family and small multifamily properties, and either utilized the BRRR method of flipped the properties. I am currently looking for commercial multi-family properties to partner on in the South East United States. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to build financial independence through real estate to give me freedom as I transition out of the Military. I plan on using this freedom to spend more time with my family and pursue a lifestyle of our choosing, to include buying and managing a large scale farming operation.
