Rental Property Investor
Investing in real estate since 2012 and have 50+ SFR's. In 2015 we added flips and have been doing ~4 per year. In 2018 I added hard money lending and commercial notes. Real Estate Goals: To continue adding to the hold portfolio & flipping homes. Have tried to make a larger (apartment or commercial) investment make sense but can't talk myself into those low returns versus SFH cash cows in NE Ohio. Continue backing other investors / companies paying at least a 12% interest. Currently Seeking: A second general contractor or contractors in general. Possibly a partner / investor locally and out of state
