Zack Niemeyer

My name is Zack Niemeyer, I grew up in the small town of Cave Creek, AZ which is just north of Phoenix. I recently moved to Central Phoenix from Tempe, AZ where I completed my BA degree in Mechanical Engineering from ASU in 2015. My current career is in Technical Sales for Varitec Solutions, a commercial HVAC Rep. I currently work with contractors, engineers and building owners to help provide HVAC solutions to improve comfort and decrease energy usage. I am also an active real estate syndicator with Waahe Capital. We focus on C-Class Value-Add Deals in Tucson, Arizona in the 100+ unit range. We are vertically integrated, providing material sourcing, construction, and property management all in house. Our current portfolio consists of over 330 units and our goal is to acquire 500+ more units to our in 2020. My goal is to build lasting relationships with passive investors and service providers and can help others by providing education and understanding of the multifamily syndication process. In my spare time, my hobbies include working on and racing cars with NASA AZ, golf, and wakeboarding at the local lakes.
