Hello BiggerPockets community. I am a recent college graduate from the University of Louisville (Go Cards!) who has moved to Columbus, OH for a job as an engineer in the automotive industry. I have been living in Columbus just over a year now, but have enjoyed every day in this city. I have started my path towards financial freedom the Dave Ramsey way by paying off all bad debt, student and car loans, less than a year after graduating college. Soon after that I discovered rental properties as a fantastic way to grow long term wealth. I am beginning the search for my fist investment property, a duplex, triplex, or fourplex, that I can house hack. Preferably something that I can do a light to moderate rehab on, in order to gain some sweat equity. I am looking in the North and West side of Columbus, due to daily commute restrictions.
