I have a full time w2 job in medical sales but I’ve been investing on the side since 2015 I purchased my first home in 2015 to live in and I had to transfer out of state for my job so I started renting that place out and still own it to this day Since then I bought a 1 bed furnished condo and rented it out as a nightly rental. I sold it for a decent profit and bought and sold another personal residence. Looking to invest in more long term SFR or nightly rentals And interested in small multi family as well. I’m trying to build relationships with lenders and find a few good partners that I can count on to provide funds if I find a deal. I’ve got a broad range of experience but still a newbie.
