I’m a seasoned mortgage professional and branch manager with over 20 years in the industry, specializing in Non-QM and alternative financing solutions. I help buyers, investors, and self-employed borrowers get approved when traditional lenders say no. I started my career in 2003 as a telemarketer and quickly worked my way up to becoming a trusted loan originator and leader. That journey gave me a deep understanding of underwriting, guidelines, and—most importantly—how to structure deals creatively and compliantly. Today, I work with clients across California, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and 30+ additional states, offering access to in-house underwriting and a wide range of loan products. My expertise includes DSCR loans, bank statement programs, profit & loss income, investor loans, and complex scenarios that require experience—not guesswork. I pride myself on transparency, speed, and finding solutions others overlook. Beyond business, I’m a husband and father of two, and everything I do is rooted in building a lasting legacy for my family.
