My wife, Ashley, and I are part time real estate investors in northwest Oregon. We both have experience in multifamily property management and I'm a plumber and have a construction background that is suited to the maintenance aspect of real estate management. We currently own several plexes that cash flow well and we're working towards acquiring more small multifamily properties and eventually apartment complexes.
