I am currently one of two owners of Arkazy Properties, LLC, a Real Estate Agent/Broker, and recently purchased Grand Rapids Realty located in Grand Rapids MN. I am married to my amazing wife, Kairiss with no kids...yet! Experience: Arkazy Properties LLC currently owns two rental properties that we purchased in 2015 (Duplex) and 2018 (Fourplex). We also have an office we are fixing up and opening this summer (2020). We sold our first SFR in 2018 as well at a good profit. Real Estate Goals: We are always looking to expand our portfolio in the Grand Rapids and Duluth markets! We LOVE buy and hold real estate and are wanting to add 2-24 unit multi-families to our portfolio. We are also just starting Airbnb and have one successful unit so far! (We are also always looking for private waterfront land with acreage).
