Partner in Lightning Capital Group, LLC (with Ignacio Gonzalez) a REI business out of Tampa, Florida. Actively investing “long-dIstance” in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia (Suffolk, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Hampton, Virginia Beach) and tertiary markets outside of Tampa including Dade City, Zephyrhills, Plant City, Lakeland, and Winter Haven. The majority of our business presently consists of short-term “flips” as it is our belief that most markets are late-stage cycle, however, we are contunually adding long-term assets to our portfolio as opportunity arises.
