Aloha! Honored to have been a Podcast Guest episode 668 and love to connect with all of you. I'm a former Civil Engineer now full time real estate investor living on Maui primarily investing in BRRRR's on the island. Used a portion of my profits from my first primary residence duplex to pay off my debt and currently own 17 doors that net cashflow $20k/mth (1 short term + 16 long term that gross $36k/mth). Actively doing flips, completed 21 so far and have 6 in progress across the US. Also part of a General Partnership in a few syndications - 110 unit apt in Austin, Texas, 113 unit apt in Houston, Texas and 263 unit in Oscala, Florida plus a 12 home new build short term rental project in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. Recently JV'd on a 13 acre RV park in Branson, Missouri building 48 pads and 15 glamping tents then also 50% owner of a 15 unit office building in Kansas City, Missouri. My goal is to get to $100k/mth passive income through multi-family and apartment buildings adding inventory to the much needed housing shortage. Always open to partner on fixer uppers and get creative on deals.
