Rental Property Investor
I'm a high school math teacher by day and a real estate investor by night :) I began flipping homes while on summer break from teaching in the summer of 2010 and then I started buying long-term rentals in 2013 as a retirement strategy. I currently have a portfolio of 7 single family rentals in the middle Tennessee area and shifted to passive syndications around 2022.
