Zev Dobuler

My name is Zev. I’m formerly from Queens, NY. For the last several years I’ve been living overseas in Israel. For the last 14 years I owned a Long Island based marketing firm where we marketed credit cards for US Bank. I’ve always dabbled in real estate and was always interested in getting more involved but the time was never right. I recently made 2 multi-family investments. One in San Angelo, Texas and one in Simsbury, Connecticut. After investing into those deals I finally realized I’m in the wrong business and decided to get off the fence and go “all in”. I’m looking to start my real estate business in Oklahoma City, OK and Philadelphia, PA. I’m looking to initially focus on fix & flips and some buy & holds. Eventually I’d like to get into multi-family as well. I’ve done many creative deals in my life and the ones that have been most successful have always been the ones that were “Win-Win” for both sides. So here’s to a future of winning for all!
