About myself
I own a duplex in the College Area and a triplex in LaMesa. I am interested in purchasing more multi-units in the future. I want to learn more about real estate investments including buy and hold, highest and best use devlopment, and so on. I have a W2 job where I earn a good income and can retire in 5-10 years. I plan on keeping my job and investing in real estate as a means to build wealth, and improve the community.
