We are a husband and wife team working with my father to grow and diversify our small RE investing business in North Florida. Experience: My father has about a dozen rental properties that we help him manage and my husband and I have two that we have rehabbed and managed ourselves. Real Estate Goals: We are interested in buying and rehabbing properties as rentals in the North Florida area. Currently Seeking: We are seeking information on nontraditional types of lenders so that we can partner with other RE investors and skip the traditional bank mortgage route. We are also looking for wholesalers or tips on finding good deals in our local markets. Thanks!
