Zachary Rall

Mainly focuses on sourcing deals, conducting due diligence, executing transactions, and monitoring portfolio assets. Prior to founding BR Capital Partners, Zack worked for a $6B institutional private equity firm called The Wolff Company. He was one of two originators for Parse Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wolff, that focused on structured finance products, placing preferred equity, mezzanine debt, joint venture equity, and unitranche financing in multifamily developments and acquisitions throughout the country. Graduate of the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, where he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He is also a CFA Charter holder.
