Zachary Richards

I am a full-time Software Engineer with a passion for real estate. I currently own a duplex and am the Principal of Kagan Lending LLC, an asset-based lending company helping investors in NH and MA grow their real estate businesses. I received my B.S. in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic institute and am more than halfway through earning my MBA with a specialization in finance at the University of New Hampshire. In my free time I like to hike, ski and scuba dive. I also raise puppies to be future guide dogs through Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
