About myself
I've been a Realtor for 14 years and investing for 8 years. I run my own real estate group in Springfield Missouri which sells 75-100 homes per year and invest in buy & hold, flip, assignment and wholesale. In 2017 I bought 25 units, 2018 I did 42 units, 2019 80 units and 2020 we’re projecting close to 100.
