I'm a student at Utah State in the Jon M Huntsman School of Business working on a BS in Finance and minor in Real Estate. I will be graduating in May of this year 2020. I love to play sports; basketball, football, and golf. I grew up in Aurora, CO. My niche is multifamily. I am currently working on a residential multifamily BRRR to start my portfolio and house hack it. I work with BlueSpruce Holdings on acquiring 100+ unit apartments in Boise, Idaho.
