About myself
I am currently a pharmacist in the Southern California area. My goal is to buy and hold real estate for long term financial growth focusing on cash flow. My first goal will be to purchase a rental property by the end of the year 2018. Although its still quite a ways away. I believe that by planning and preparing that I can set myself up for success.
