Hello, my name is Brad and I started in real estate by flipping houses and when I reached a goal number, I took all of the cash and purchased 4 rental properties. I've grown those 4 properties in 15, and continue to acquire all around Columbus. I locate, self-fund, manage the rehab and self-manage all my own properties. I am also a licensed Realtor.
