Would anyone recommend a good lender and a reliable PM in the Fresno area? Im looking into buy a multi-plex in the Central Valley.

Hey Ariel, neighborhood PM is great as I said before.  i've also really enjoyed working with Brian Werner at Omni fund here in Fresno.  He does every kind of lending imaginable, he's kind of a one stop shop for investors.  326-7060.  you can look him up online as well.
