I flip residential properties and have for 5 years. Now that the market is so much more competitive and profits are much smaller. I pay 2.5% to the selling agent when they sell my property.
Does anybody have a good way to attract buyers without the selling agent being involved??? Thank you for your ideas
Might check the real estate marketing aspects by searching various key words, like finding buyers here on BP. Do you have a FSBO magazine in your area, newspaper, bulletin boards, craigslist, and don't forget to ask the neighbors if they know anyone that would like to move into thier neighborhood. :)
