Property Management Recommendation - Boston

I am currently looking for a recommendation for an honest  property manager with good communication skills for two, 3-family houses I have in Boston, MA.

@James Witowsky  I'd do it myself, then hire a direct employee if need be. 2-3s are kind of lean for a PM.

I had been taking care of them but I am going to be leaving the Boston area.  If 6 units is a "kind of lean" what do you think would be a minimum, reasonable number for a PM?

You can try Real Property Management. Caleb Page out of Jamaica Plain. Their main focus is smaller multi's in the Boston area.
