Database or CRM Software

Anyone know where I can find a good MS Access Database or CRM software geared towards real estate investors? We need a much more efficient solution to track prospects/contacts, properties, sales, deals, etc. I don't know enough about Access to make it worth my time to try to create a custom solution. I have a large laundry list of specifics but I don't want to go to far into detail. Any suggestions welcomed and appreciated.

Guys - We're currently in discussions with a company that has developed a product that may meet your needs. The product hasn't been released yet, but when it does, I'll be sure to let you know. Meanwhile, I'd certainly be interested in hearing about any other possibilities.
