Has anyone signed up for this site and had success actually securing funds from a private lender to fund a real estate rehab or investment?

See also Anyone heard of Private Money Goldmine? for an answer. Also see Auction*com- Anyone had experience, specifically the post on January 1 by Jeff S.

I tried two zip codes, one here in NC and one in Ohio. The same names showed up on both lists. Sorry, this list is bogus.

I signed up for their free money back 30 day trial. I actually tried to contact most names that I was sent. In all I probably contacted about 50 names via email. Of the 50, I got no response from 30, got a return response from 19 who were loan officers for hard money or mortgage lenders. I only found 1 person who was an actual private individual that had money to lend. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes and the correspondence ended. It was a big fat waste of time and effort. The names were from all over the country. I did request my money back and got it.

That sucks. That company shouldn't be allowed to advertise on this site.

RUN RUN RUN!!!!from this company. After calling and emailing a bunch of numbers from there and getting nothing. I decided to google the numbers they sent me before calling them. Most of the numbers were fax numbers for public places like DMV's and a lot were peoples cell phones who had no clue what I was talking about

As Fred said, Run..Run..Run. They will give your money back however to find one good source you waste time on about 60. Then the one you finally get is not what they say it is and mentions credit scores and etc. Same criteria as traditional banks pretty much.
