Hi everyone,

Just had one question.  If I bought an investment property for say $1,000,000 and the bank was willing to finance 80% ($800,000), could I have the seller finance 20% ($200,000)?  Is this legal???

not a legal issue.  Some banks may still some of your money in the deal. 70/20/10

Unless you have other collateral. Then they might do the 80/20
