Hello all, 

Writing to gauge financing interest level on an investment deal my partner and I are looking at.  It is a small resort property (3 cabins and a retail component) in a very popular vacation destination in my home State, Minnesota.  

We are looking for an investor to buy the property and sell back to us on a contract for deed/land contract. Purchase price would be around $280K.  

My partner (husband) and I, have investment experience, project management/development experience, small business management and resort operations experience.  As we own several investment properties already and are small business owners, we are having a difficult time getting this one financed independently.
