When you do a credit check and a criminal background check on prospective tenants, what site do you use and how much do you pay? Thanks in advance,

I use tenantalert for the credit/eviction check and Colorado Bureau of Investigation for criminal. About $16 for the first and $7 for the criminal.

I do the eviction and criminal background checks for free on the court websites for the appropriate county.
