Hello

My name is Josh, been looking around the website for a month or so and listening to the podcasts. Finally taking the time to start my account.

I got started about 5 or 6 years ago in buy and hold. Haven't done too much in the last few years and want to learn the right way to expand what I currently have. Currently have 6 single family homes. Contemplating a few flips to help the capital situation, to possibly help fund the purchase of more buy and hold properties. I am currently just looking to expand my knowledge for a bit and then move into action. Looking forward to interacting here as I can.
