Hi everyone !
I am new to the real estate investing business and also bigger pockets website, I have found that this site has an amazing amount of information and resources. I have read a number of real estate investing books, blogs, videos which have lead me to see real estate investing is a great investment that can lead you to financially freedom.
I am 22 years old and I live in Pickering, Ontario very close to Toronto. I am seeking to learn as much as possible and contribute as much as possible, if there are any clubs or classes I can get into or if someone is willing to guide me and teach me I would greatly appreciate your help. My interest is how to rent Multi-family properties also how to flip/rent single family poperties. Thank you for reading !!!
*financial freedom !

Thanks for the welcome guys @Brandon Turner @Dave_Visaya, I have read the The Ultimate Beginner's Guide and it was a great read with a lot of information.
@Adrian Lee how are your real estate endeavors going so far?
@Dave Visaya do you run your own VA company?
Hey @Account Closed not really, i am though a VA of BiggerPockets! :)
although I can't wait to change this to "real estate investor from Cebu" once I buy my first property. :D
Hey guys @Dave Visaya, @Ajay Kahlon, @Adrian Lee
I'm new on here too I've read a lot of beginners guides and I've listened to almost all of the BP podcasts.
I'm interested in multi-family apartment buildings and also SFH, however within Toronto and surrounding areas there are limitation compared to the "deals" available in other markets in the US.
What are some of the better ways to START investing with very little to no money in this market?
