Wholesaler Starting in Fresno, CA
Hello there.
I've been co-wholesaling in Chicago, Tampa, New York, etc.
Now I'm going to start to wholesale locally (Fresno, CA)
I'm not selfish and I understand the power of helping each other out to grow, so I'm looking for other wholesalers in the area where we can close some deals together by leveraging our skills and networks.
I have my California Real Estate license and I was a REALTOR in Fresno and San Diego.
But I LOVE wholesaling.
Right now I'm doing research on the best title company for wholesaling in Fresno, CA.
I've used Fidelity as a REALTOR, and I heard that they're investor friendly around here.

Fresno is in the Central Valley.

It seems pretty dry up around my area! Or maybe I haven't met great wholesalers yet :)

To those of you familiar with Fresno, are there any area's you would suggest to avoid? I just started looking and have not gotten a good feel for the land yet.
Hi Ronda, I am an active wholesaler in Fresno. Most areas are great to wholesale in. But the higher the price range, generally the harder it gets to pick up discounted properties. So once you go North of Herndon, it begins to get tougher, but not impossible.

@Chris Williams Are you still wholesaling in Fresno / Clovis area, and if so do you believe it is feasible to find a property for a flip? I have been flipping and rehabbing buy and holds in Ohio but am thinking of trying something closer to home. I also know a young couple that is looking for a fixer that will be their first home. If you have any properties available I would love to see what you've got.
