Hello,

I'm Kat from Daytona Beach, FL but currently reside in Northern California.  I'm am definitely at the beginner level in real estate investing.  However, I've always had an interest in it.  I'm looking to start small and then work my way up to see how things go.  Right now I'm in the education phase, learning all the terminology, and trying to set a plan for my niche and strategy. I look forward to obtaining knowledge from everyone on here and to learn a lot of new information!.
