I purchased the Nick Sidoti course and he offered a 2 day boot camp with Lou Brown and a 1 day boot camp with David Lindahl. I am figuring that for such a short time that it will be a very long one day sales pitch "upsell". Does anyone have any experience with these bootcamps? (Lou Brown, David Lindahl) Thanks for your time and really considering returning the program after reading so much about finding a good mentor is a greater return than these boot camps and gurus.

I can vouch for Sidoti or Lindahl. But I can for Lou Brown. Are they going to try to sell you something? YES THEY ARE. Will you learn something. Sure you will.

I have gone to several of Lou Brown events over the last 10 years. Never regretted one event.

What I like about him is that he is DOING the business. Not many so called GURU's are.

Nick Sidoti's course I must say is good and useful. I have put the special needs course into action and it's paying of big time. He offered a bootcamp as well but thats not why I purchased the course.

The other guys, I don't have their course so I can give you a view on them, but I do know that Lou is purchasing property and investing.

Lou brown is a great presenter and salesman. He's active in the business. I have seen him speak before.
I wonder about the credibility in the numbers he presents. He claimed to have an 85% success rate with his owner financing/rent to owns.. as in only a 15% default / non conversion. These numbers are nowhere near what any other investor has ever claimed to produce.
He has some great ideas nonetheless.

Consider buying courses off ebay, or, if you must, split the course with someone. I hate the selling approaches all presenters use, but suppose it's a necessary evil.

N/A N/A... Was the course worth buying? Did you get enough out of it to be worthwhile? It is implementable in any big city like Tucson or San Diego? I am a just starting out, and looking for a niche in real estate that I'm comfortable with and, as a former social worker, this approach to real estate appeals to me.
