I can't help but be annoyed with the latest Tim Taylor Real Estate Coach ad banner across the top of the forum home page. It's BEYOND cliche for a self proclaimed guru to be wearing a headset with arms open encouraging feedback. Looking for people to stroke his ego, if you will. :roll:

Anyone have any real experiences with that guy?

I got an email from Tim "the Toolman Taylor" offering to coach real estate to me for only 25-30k... and he takes on i think it was 10 people at a time. How could I resist. not, get a mentor and go to REIA meetings learn more for free

I haven't seen Tim's program personally, but I will tell you this, honestly: he and I know each other personally from our hometown. We grew up about a mile away from each other; and everything he claims and has accomplished is 100% the truth. Like I said, I don't know about his program, but I do know about him; and I know you guys don't know me and I'm not trying to defend what he's pitching out there, but I can certainly assure you that he knows his stuff and his story is completely accurate!!

After getting together for several Wealth Protection meetings we had, He actually sold me on using real estate as an investment when I was running a financial planning practice back in '02...
