If I knew what would make the perfect REI website I would have it already. For me, it is not a matter of not having someone with the skill to do what I want; the limiting factor is my ideas.
I am happy with my website at this point in time as it has served its purpose and can be improved upon as I move forward.

My Perfect site is one where people post great deals targeted directly at me, and no-one else has access to them. It also answers all the questions I have on a moment's notice. And it gives away lots of free stuff I want. Oh, and hot women who want to give me money. But not so hot that my wife gets jealous. Has to be free to join, of course.

I like the way J Scott thinks. I'll add that the perfect REI site should tell me the winner of each year's super bowl 30 days in advance, and the daily close of the S&P at 9 AM every day.

I have a site from investorpro and I pay $60 a month is not bad but I feel like I am wasting money. I rarely use with my marketing materials (mostly do bandit signs) but I do have it plastered on craigslist. I get a hit here and there but not much. According to the package I paid for it came optimized so I am listed on Google but again rarely do I get a hit.
Does anyone else have this problem? Is $60 too much for a wholesaling site? I forgot to mention that I do have 2 sites , one for buyers and other for sellers. The best thing about this software is that it allows me to do a simple email campaign blast on my deals...What do you guys think?

I'd say $60 /month (or any $ per month) is too much if no one ever sees it.
If you aren't using the marketing materials, I don't see much that you are getting in the monthly fee that you can't do on a <$10 /mo hosting package. Their setup may make it easier for you, I dunno.

The perfect REI site will be a site that brings in sellers and buyers,a site tht's not too flashy but still grabs attention and a site that allows me to post a blog, documents(excel, word, etc),videos(youtube, etc)and a site that allows me to put a forum into it.

What? You only accept money form hot women?
Well, the money can come from anywhere/anyone...but I prefer to have the hot women actually hand it to me... :)
