Where's the Columbus, OH crew at?

I'm currently in Cincinnati but work is bringing me to Columbus and I know there are a lot of you guys from central ohio on this board. I'm just trying to get a feel for "who's who" because I'm looking to jump in with both feet as far as investing goes as soon as I get up there!

    Well I am in ohio but I am about 1.5 hours north of you. I am just getting my start as well. If you find any resources for Ohio please let me know I will also let you know if I find any other good resources beside this great web site!!!

    Hey Fellas

    Looks like there aren't too many central Ohio people on this website yet. I'm planning on investing soon in Columbus so if you guys are interested let me know. I'm currently a student at Ohio State and am graduating a year from June with a bachelors in real estate. Too bad I've learned very little about real estate in academia. Please get at me with ideas of any type.

    Hey guys..old thread but new responses. I have a property I just picked up today in Columbus if anyone wants to wholesale it. I am in Cincinnati so don't know too many folks on the ground there. Address is 1074 Seymour. I will give you a 14 day option at 10K. Not in too bad of shape.

    I'm currently in Afghanistan, but I'll be in Columbus at the end of the year. I'll be investing in real estate full time until grad school starts, so I'll have plenty of time to network with other investors or possibly partner up on some deals. I'm new to the game, but excited to get started. I'll be lurking in the shadows on these boards for the next few months, but I hope to post more actively once I get on the ground and pick up my first few rentals.

    I've been reading topics off this website for months and just recently joined. I've also just recently purchased my first rental and live in Columbus. Looking to network and will try to go to some REIA meetings in the area as well.

    I'm from Lancaster ,Oh about 30 mins from Columbus. I usually get discount properties for Lancaster, Fairfield County, and the east side of Columbus. I am looking to network with other investors as well.
