Hi everyone! I'm totally new to the arena of real estate investing.

My husband recently took the 3 day Rich Dad seminar and is excited to get going! He put a deposit down on a $12,000 course and I'm trying to convince him to get out of it and get his info through Clubs and Forums. That being said, can anyone suggest a good REIC in the Toronto and surrounding area?

Also, where do we start on this site! There seems to be so much info and activity. Much appreciation!
