The deal
So I don't update as much as I should. But it's hard wife kids full time job and trying to get a deal. Well today I looked at a house my lawyer gave me a tip off it's part of the estate he is doing and it turns out I know the guy who is selling the house also long story there but I do! So I looked at it comped it out and the plus is I know the area really well it's in my home town. I think it's going to be a great rental and the deal I got I think is a great one! So Monday I hope everything is finalized and I can start with the rehab! So here's to the start!

Congrats, Trent. Perhaps you want to share the numbers with the community in our Deal Analysis forum so you can get some feedback from everyone here on the site? I just want to be sure that everything works well for you on what sounds like your first deal.

Hey Josh I did share it there it was titled the deal! I would just like to tell you any success I do have is because of your website, podcast, and J Scott. I found his website and then found bp. I just love everything you guys do and it's a good thing! Helped me get started an have the know how to go out and get my first deal I used to appraise houses so I wasn't completely blind going but still keep up the good work!
