Update March 2025: My experience with this property management company, and specifically with the property manager, Brandon, was very disappointing. I contracted them for renovation work, and there were significant discrepancies between the reported progress and the actual state of the property. I expressed my concerns regarding the discrepancies and requested a resolution, but I was unable to obtain a refund or have the remaining work completed. I found the communication regarding the project's completion to be inconsistent with the reality of the situation. Based on my personal experience, I would advise potential clients to carefully consider their options before engaging this company. I experienced what I perceive to be a lack of follow-through and a failure to meet my expectations regarding the agreed-upon renovations.
