Everyone at realize property management have been wonderful from start to finish my experience has been excellence.Brandon and Jillian got me in a beautiful home quickly, kept great communication throughout the process.The maintenance team have been extremely helpful and quick to respond to any help that I've needed along the way. Shout-out to Natasha McCollum and her maintenance crew this is a very professional warm and welcoming team answering and resolving all my needs regardless of when I reach out day or night they are fast to respond and helpful .Thank you to everyone at Realize property management for having me as a tenant and being so great at your jobs.

Very helpful. Move in turnaround time was quick for us and they got us in as soon as they could. Easy setup for utilities and the portal for rent is user friendly. Even had a maintenance issue with the house and it was fixed within 2 days.

All of our interactions with this company were great. They kept us informed every step of the way. The property that we were interested in was absolutely gorgeous. Professional and accommodating team.

The house we were renting was sold while we were in it and ended up being managed by Realize. Our rent was increased 50% with one months notice. While I recognize that this isn't the fault of the property management company, they were extremely unresponsive and unhelpful in getting us information, communicating with the landlords (across the country) on our behalf, and giving us information about service requests that certainly needed to be taken care of if our rent was going up that much. This was one of the most stressful times of my life trying to figure out what our living situation was going to be and Brandon and the rest of the Realize team only made it worse. I can only be grateful that we are out of that house and done dealing with them now. I'd like to know how many of these 5 star reviews are from landlords and property owners, all they care about is the profit.

Jillian has been a huge help to us with maintenance requests and making sure things are good with our move. This has been the best property management company we have dealt with. They definitely make sure their tenants are taken care of.

I applied for an apartment with Realize Property Management, paid the $35 application fee, and was completely given the runaround. First, they promised me a 2-bedroom, only to turn around and rent it to someone else. Then, they claimed a 1-bedroom was available, but after that, they completely ghosted me. no follow-ups, no updates, nothing. On top of that, their agent Camille was incredibly rude on the phone, acting like I was the problem for expecting basic communication. Unprofessional, disorganized, and a total waste of time and money. Avoid this company!

Update March 2025: My experience with this property management company, and specifically with the property manager, Brandon, was very disappointing. I contracted them for renovation work, and there were significant discrepancies between the reported progress and the actual state of the property. I expressed my concerns regarding the discrepancies and requested a resolution, but I was unable to obtain a refund or have the remaining work completed. I found the communication regarding the project's completion to be inconsistent with the reality of the situation. Based on my personal experience, I would advise potential clients to carefully consider their options before engaging this company. I experienced what I perceive to be a lack of follow-through and a failure to meet my expectations regarding the agreed-upon renovations.

Brandon and his team have been amazing to work with. I initially worked with another property manager who was a nightmare to work with. Brandon came through and helped solved all the issues I was having. He not only works with the landlords, but I can see that he also cares about the tenants, which is huge. He sends updates regarding new regulations and any upcoming changes that he is aware of.

I worked with Brandon to purchase my first out of state investment property. He came highly recommended by one of my peers and I'm so thankful she referred me to Brandon!
Brandon helped me understand the market and set me up to receive automatic listings (curated based on my preferences/goals). He's also an investor himself so he's very well-informed. On top of that, he is the most responsive agent I've worked with. I can ping him a ton of questions and he will answer every single one!
Three things that set him apart from other agents are: responsiveness, data-driven, and client-first (rather than paycheck first).
