I can't say enough great things about working with Troy. He's a wealth of Charleston real estate knowledge and such a good guy. His relaxed demeanor and professionalism makes the process easy and you're not going to find anyone with better insights into the local scene, whether you're a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor. I consider myself very fortunate to work with him and can't see myself working with anyone else at this point!

I'm so grateful for the opportunity to work with Troy. From our first call all the way through closing, Troy was a pro through and through. He was knowledgeable, available, patient, and willing to work with your goals. Most of all, I was impressed that everyone who he referred me to (property manager, contractor, finance, insurance) was willing to go the extra mile just because I was working with Troy.
One of the best in the business. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Easy peasy! I have heard so many different stories about the home buying process- but with Maven realty and the right lender - this was the easiest and by far the best experience yet! I don't know when I plan to buy another home but definitely will always use Maven realty!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of using Troy as our relator for our move to Charleston. We were looking for a very specific property and were doing so from a distance, making our search challenging. However, Troy was absolutely amazing in this process. He was timely, responsive, honest and genuine. He understood our housing needs and really worked to find a property that would fit our goals, not at all pushy to sell which we greatly appreciated. Troy has not only been extremely helpful during our house search, but has been instrumental after our closing, guiding us to reliable companies such as flooring repair companies, contractors, etc. He is someone who we are really grateful to have met during our housing journey. I have only the best things to say about Troy!! Highly recommend!
